It is believed The Windmill dates in origin from 1796 and was used for milling
up until 1926, then subsequently converted to a residence in 1931. The
structure, a tapering octagonal five storey tower capped with an ogee shaped
dome is among the largest of its kind in the country. The vaulted loft room

(within 45 minutes) on the award winning Chiltern line. The A41(M) can be
found between Aston Clinton and Tring, offering a swift connection to the M25.
