**Situation**
The subject property is situated in the centre of the village of Ewyas Harold
on the corner of School Road and the main village road. The Dog Public House

The Dental Surgery appears to date from the late Victorian/Edwardian era but
has older elements. It is traditionally constructed of load bearing brick/
stone walls under pitched slate rooves and there are a number of replacement
windows to the property overlooking the corner junction, whilst there is also
a main entrance with double timber doors fronting School Road. To the northern
side of the property is an external brick/stone staircase which provides
separate access to the upper floor if required.
