developed by Henley Homes into a 57 bedroom boutique hotel under the Rouge
City Hotel Brand. The hotel will offer 5 star facilities including small
kitchen area in each room.
The tea room will be accessed through the main hotel reception from St Andrews
St.
This beautiful space will be operated preferably as a tea room or possibly
restaurant. There is to be no other food and beverage offerings at the hotel
so the chosen operator will be able to offer hotel guests breakfast, lunch and
tea (and possibly dinner) including room service.
Some of the hotel bedrooms overlook this space so the agreed fit out will need
