Pontypridd is well known as the Gateway to the Valleys, just 6 miles north of
junction 32 of the M4 motorway at Cardiff. It stands beside the A470 dual
carriageway trunk route which links the capital city with Merthyr Tydfil, and
beyond North Wales. Pontypridd is well known as the home to the University of
South Wales which has three campuses in Pontypridd. It is also home to a
number of local authority buildings.
The Victorian stands on the Graig, being a residential area just to the west
of the main town centre within 500 metres of the railway station. It is a
substantial property that appears to be constructed in the main of brick with
colourwashed elevations. It also benefits from having a new roof in 2017.
Has previously been granted planning application for seven flats but has now
lapsed.
