The development land is situated adjacent to the Tal - y - Cafn pub in the Conwy
Valley on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Access is provided by the A470
Llanrwst Road which connects to junction 19 of the A55 North Wales Expressway,
4. 5 miles to the north. LLanwrwst and Betws - y - coed lie 6. 7 and 11 miles to the
south respectively.
