Location
The property is set in an idyllic valley with the Penycnwc stream running
through it. Although set in a stunning rural setting the land is still
convenient to the village of Whitemill in the famous Towy valley (renowned for
its castles and fishing) and the A40 main road (about 1. 5 miles) that runs
between two popular nearby towns with Carmarthen to the west (about five
miles) and Llandeilo market town to the east (about 13 miles).
Llandeilo borders the breath - taking Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons)
National Park. Good road connections provide quick access to south Wales and
