spacing and plot sizes in this locality and would as a result provide a form
of development having a cramped and overdeveloped appearance and would be
contrary to policy CS6 of the Core Strategy; policy MD2 of the SAMDev Plan;
and Section 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
