in the area including the primary school (older pupils go to Sandwick or
Lerwick) which is just along the road, a well - used community hall plus a
marina at Aithsvoe, and the village hosts one of Shetland’s biggest
agricultural shows in August.

landscaping already done. The site also includes the further grassed area up
to the fence to the west, this area backing on to the open hill ground behind.

The land’s elevated position allows for super views eastwards over the whole
of the Cunningsburgh area generally to Aithsvoe and the sea including the
island of Mousa to the south.

was a house on the site before that. A pre - planning enquiry with the local
planning department indicated that a change to residential use would be looked
