Directions: From Newcastle Emlyn take the B4333 Cynwyl Elfed road and climb up
out of the town. After going along a straight stretch of road, turn right for
Capel Iwan on a staggered crossroads, on a left hand bend. Go into the halmet
of Pantybwlch and take the 1st left hand turning. Carry on until you come to a
small traffic island and bear left. Carry on to the Give Way at the
crossroads. Cross straight over and carry on until you come to the entrance of
Ffarm Fach on the right hand side. The land is directly opposite with our ‘For
Sale’ board at the gateway.
