area to ground floor, and residential flat above, at building at rear of 27
Cross Street, Oswestry. As usual, there are a range of conditions attached to
this permission, which is our opinion are not unusual, but for interested
parties, please enquire further to the agents who will be able to provide a
copy of the permission.
In our opinion also, permission might be granted for a dwelling at both ground
and first floors, and there may also be alternative uses for the building
which might be permitted. Interested parties need to satisfy themselves as to
what planning permission they need, and whether the existing permission or any
other uses require further permissions, both in planning and building control
terms. The onus is on interested parties to undertake their own researches,
and obtain their own advice on these points.
