In the heart of Tarporley village, with beautiful courtyard garden and superb

terrace of considerable appeal and charisma
**Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman**
Every day I come to work, I feel grateful for the beautiful village in which I
work. Tarporley really is outstanding both in terms of the community spirit
and architectural splendour. This handsome and iconic home is one I know well,
having sold it to the current owner in 2006. After sixteen happy years in the
house but with pastures new awaiting, I am honoured to be instructed to offer
it for sale again.
The townhouse is opposite the Swan Hotel and Parish Church, is a fine example
of its type and is fully deserving of its Grade II Listed status. The unique
advantage it enjoys is the lack of need for a car. All of Tarporley¿s
amenities, including regular buses that travel to Chester and Nantwich can be
accessed on foot.
The house has been heavily invested into over a period of time and offers
accommodation that is large and impressive, whilst also retaining a strong
sense of being cosy, warm and appealing. All improvements have been carried
out in a fashion sympathetic to the age and character of the house and the
views to the front over the High Street are compelling.
Worthy of particular mention is the courtyard garden to the rear. This is a
masterclass in intelligent design concept and being accessed directly from the
kitchen via double doors, is an integral part of living in this wonderful
home.
So come and view this house and if you want a chat before or afterwards, do
come and see me ¿ my office is diagonally opposite and a few seconds walk
away!
