If you lived here. . .
Turn right from your hallway to find your first reception, 140 square foot
with grand bay window and inky blue walls. Next is your second reception of
155 square foot, with sage green walls. Step through from here into your
kitchen, with plenty of elegant blue Shaker style units and a vast window to
one side. Worktops are warm wood, with a large shelf to match. French doors
open onto your lovely garden, with long lawn and railway sleeper borders.
Upstairs your first bedroom overlooks the garden and gives you ninety square
foot of space. Your impressive bathroom is of a similar size size, with modern
white suite and step - in shower cubicle with rainfall shower. Your bath is a
classic freestander and there's a pair of vessel sinks. Hardwood boards lie
underfoot. To the front, your second bedroom is a 140 square foot double, with
a pair of sash windows and glowing original boards underfoot.
On the second floor your third bedroom is to the rear, with 115 square foot of
space. Your fourth bedroom gives you 145 square foot to spread out in, with
eaves storage and twin skylights plus a large window. There's soft carpet
underfoot. Finally, your shower room has its own outsize skylight, modern
white suite and two tone metro tiling to the walls.
You're less than a mile on foot from Forest Gate station, where you can take
the Elizabeth Line to Stratford in four minutes, Liverpool Street in thirteen,
and Tottenham Court Road in eighteen. Five minutes' stroll to the end of your
street and you're on Winchelsea Road, ready to discover your new favourite
place to eat, drink or both. Another few steps from there takes you onto
Wanstead Heath, by Jubilee Pond.

Word from the owners. . .
"We love the number of large trees on the street and behind the house. They
really take you through the seasons. It’s a really quiet location and we love
not being overlooked at the back. The sense of community on the street has
been wonderful, with an active WhatsApp group, a gardening group and a book
club. The street also has its own notice board, library and planters. We have
loved being so close to Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest for dog walks,
enjoying the Sunday farmers market across the road and enjoying the local
independent businesses under the railway arches. It’s been such a luxury to
have places like the Wild Goose bakery, the Wanstead Tap and The Holly Tree
just a short walk away. We have liked the fact that we can walk to either
Leytonstone High Road or Forest Gate High Street for amenities and renowned
restaurants like Singburi. Finally, being a short walk to the Elizabeth line
and Central line stations has been so convenient. If one of them closes,
there's always an alternative!"
