13th century church. Slapton Ley, a Site of Special Scientific Interest is
located on the edge of the village and is the largest freshwater lake in the
south west of England. The South West coast path runs along the edge of the
Ley and takes in some of the most spectacular scenery the region has to offer.
Primary schooling can be found at neighbouring Stokenham while the nearby
village of Chillington offers a doctors' surgery, post office and village

Directions
From Kingsbridge take the A379 towards Torcross. Proceed through the village
of Torcross and along Slapton Line with the sea on your right. After about a
