**Why the owner loves the property: **
The green in front of the house and all the trees make it very leafy and a
lovely aspect to look out on. When you're in the lounge and sitting on the
sofa, all you can see is our hedge and the tops of the trees outside, you
can't see any other houses or the cars or people on the street, it feels very
secluded and tranquil. The double aspect of the lounge make it a bright and
lovely space to be in. We have some very lovely neighbours either side of us
and across the road. People have been very generous with hand - me - downs since
we had our baby, and people always stop to say hello and have a catch up. It's
a nice little community, and a lot of the residents have been here for a very
long time! We liked that the 3rd bedroom, traditionally the smallest room in
the house, was actually a decent size, with it's own built in storage - it
makes such a difference. Although we have fully renovated the house we like

that's what appealed to us originally even though we're leaving before getting
