Location Marden is a picturesque and historic Kentish village dating back to
the time of Edward I and some eight miles from the county town of Maidstone
with its excellent shopping, educational and recreational facilities. The
village train station provides a fast and frequent service to London, Ashford
International and the coast. The thriving local community enjoy excellent
local amenities including a farm shop, post office, butchers, bakers, medical
centre, church believed to date back to 1200 A. D. And a good local primary
school.
What the vendors had to say about their home
'W **hen you enter the house, the open plan space is absolutely stunning and
makes it so enjoyable when having guests/family, as we could see and chat with
them whilst cooking dinner etc but most importantly seeing kids play nearby.
There is also so much light to it having velux windows and french doors - we
immediately fell in love. Apart from that, the whole house is smartly planned
- so bright, spacious, with three bathrooms which makes it a perfect home for
anyone but especially families. **
Very convenient location as it’s considered to be close to London, with only
12minutes walk to the station and direct access to London Bridge/ Charing
Cross stations in 45 minutes - Marden makes it a perfect location for London
workers or those who love London social life. In our case we had to commute to
London for work.
Nice size garden not overlooked by many other houses.
Marden has lovely and close community but also is really standing out as a
garden of England having to offer so much greenery, walks between orchards,
pear trees etc.

Additional style matching understairs doors for easy access
