_What our Vendor Loves_
The first appeal when moving to this village home was the safety and security
it allowed for their children. The cul de sac was quiet and off the main road
meaning it was a great place to play out, and the village at large was a place
they felt secure as a family. The next thing that hooked them were the views
to both sides of the house. Rural views over fields and trees to the rear and
a gorgeous view of the churchyard and church to the front. It felt inviting
and welcoming from the outset. Having moved in a spent some years here our
clients have embraced the community life; children have attended the village
primary school, mum has worked at said same school, and local events too
numerous to mention have been enjoyed at the village hall and local pub (both
of which are right on the doorstep!). The house itself is light and airy, with
a cosy feel and we are told it very easy to run. It tends to stay cool in the
summer and warms up easily in the colder months. In all this has been a well
loved family home and the peace and quiet the location offers will be missed.
