CCTV policy
For your safety and ours, we have CCTV recording 24/7 in all common areas in
and around the property.
Parties/gatherings policy
Under no circumstances are parties and/or large gatherings allowed at any of
properties. If we become aware of such events taking place, we will
immediately ask you to stop.
If you do not listen to this instruction then we may be forced to ask you to
leave the property immediately. No refund will be issued under these
circumstances. If you refuse to leave we reserves the right to contact the
police.
Damages/breakages policy
All damages and breakages must be reported to us as soon as reasonably
practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction
from the security deposit.
To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to
another without prior agreement.
No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in any communal areas.
Smoking in the property will result in a deduction from the security deposit,
due to the added cleaning which will be required to remove the smell.
We also ask that any cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i. e in
ashtrays provided) and not thrown on property grounds.
Pet policy
All of our properties are pet free, apart from the use of guide animals. If it
is determined that animals have been in our properties, we reserves the right
to deduct an appropriate fee from the security deposit to take account of
added cleaning.
Valuables and security policy
Any time guests leave the apartment, it is their responsibility to ensure all
windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and
water damage.
We do not take responsibility for any valuables left in any of our properties.
Any risk associated with leaving valuables is completely the responsibility of
any guests and visitors.
