There are alternative routes to the smallholding. I would suggest the
following for the first inspection; from Aberystwyth take the A487 north for 2
miles before turning right to Penrhyncoch. Proceed over the crossroads to the
village taking the first turning right and proceeding up through the village
(passing the Memorial Hall on your right) for about half a mile before turning
right to Penbontrhydybeddau (signposted). Proceed through the village ignoring
all turnings for about 2 Cwmerfyn. Bear left up through the village and the
turning to the property is on your right hand side.
