We have lived in Shinfield for the best part of 5 years and have loved living
here. The area caters for all types of individuals and families, as it has all
the important amenities/facilities for different needs (local shops, local bus
stops, playgrounds, post office, petrol stations, lovely country walks and
multiple schools to name a few). It has a country feel but you're still only a
few minutes away from the Center of Reading.
Shinfield is also in close proximity to key business hubs in the region, which
include Green Park, Thames Valley Business Centre and the town centre itself.
There is also a 25 minute express train to London Paddington from Reading
train station (13 minute drive), for those needing to travel to London.
Our development is very open and collaborative in that we do support and

We have dealt with so many designs within Shinfield Meadows and this is
definitely one of my favourite designs, all while being nicely positioned
within the estate.

love.
