divides the kitchen from the sizeable dining area where another large window
enjoys loch views. Accessed from the rear of the dining room, there are two
generously proportioned double bedrooms, both enjoying ensuite facilities (one
with a bathroom (with power shower over the bath), the other with a shower
room). The chalet also benefits from double glazed windows and new low energy
mineral filled electric heating.
Portnellan Estate has been privately owned by the same family for over 40
years and offers a range of fantastic facilities. These include fresh run
salmon and trout fishing on the estate lochs and river, canoes, kayaks, paddle
boards and rowing boats. Clay pigeon shooting can also be arranged. WiFi is
available throughout the estate as well as a games room with pool table, table
tennis and table football. BBQ hire, DVD library and a large selection of

Coe is less than 40 mins drive from Portnellan and the shores of Loch Lomond
