Pitch Fees

amount you pay to keep your holiday home at the park for the year. It includes
the cost of making water and electricity available to your holiday home and
winter storage for park that don't have a 12 month season
Electricity & Gas
Your electricity costs are based on usage and the reading takes from your
holiday home's meter. The rate is identical to the amount we pay for the
park's electricity and the payment is made to us directly.
Insurance
Just like with any large important purchase, you'll need insurance to protect
your holiday home. All of our owners are required to take out an annual policy
to ensure they're covered against risks such as fire, flood, and theft, and
are protected from public and property owners' lability.
Rates, Water & Drainage
The rate, sewerage and drainage costs you pay will depend upon the park you
choose.
