with connections to all mains services. This property has 6 years remaining on
the lease. Renewal of the lease will cost £12, 650 if it is renewed by December
2023. If renewed, the lease will then end in 2069 along with the rest of the
chalets on - site. It will be sold and equipped as seen, the roof was renewed in
2018 with a 10 year guarantee, new boiler in 2021 and a large walk in Triton
