A word from the owner. . .
"This flat has served as the perfect first home for us. The convenience and
community of Francis Road and its small businesses has been a real feature and
one we will miss, Craft beers, great books and delicious baked goods are a
plenty down there - not to mention the delicious coffee. It has been great
being so close to those shops. We've enjoyed going on runs to Hackney Marshes,
the Olympic Park and into Hackney. Long walks through Hollow Ponds into Epping
Forest, finding new spots in and around Leytonstone as well as Walthamstow
Village being walkable have all added up to this feeling of being well -
positioned. We've also enjoyed being so close to Leyton Midland Station as a
quick route to the Victoria or Elizabeth lines. As for the flat, we've enjoyed
making it our own and it has been a real sanctuary for us. We really enjoyed
landscaping the garden during Covid and giving it a new lease of life and have
spent many hours relaxing out there since. "
