The Eden range was released late 2022 and we currently have an Eden 14
demonstrator in Brighton for you to view. There are 7 models in the Eden range
varying in size and price (starting at £69, 950). Each can be configured to
your bespoke specific requirements. All Eden ranges come with air conditioning
as standard along with many other features. There are a plethora of optional
extras available including a stunning roof terrace to make your Waterlodge as
unique as you wish
As with all the Waterlodge’s there are stunning panoramic views from the open
plan living area, sliding doors opening out to the deck area with breathtaking
marina views. A compact and well designed kitchen area with a two ring
induction hob, built in fridge with freezer box, generous sized bedrooms with
door to rear deck and luxury shower room.
Being a ‘craft’ it is owned outright with no lease, only paying annual mooring
fees which include parking space, gated pedestrian/boat access with 24hr
security, CCTV, Wi - fi, luxury shower and laundry room, bike storage, fresh
water, waste disposal.
