The Waterlodge’s are brand new built to order made bespoke to your design and
requirements. The Oasis range comes in various different models from a
stunning one bedroom all the way up to a three bedroom, two bathroom craft
offering panoramic views from the open plan living area with air conditioning
as standard, sliding doors opening out to the deck area with breathtaking
marina views. A compact and well designed kitchen area with a two ring
induction hob, built in fridge with freezer box and microwave, generous sized
bedrooms with door to rear deck and luxury shower rooms. There is a plethora
of options available to the owner including, solar power, spacious roof
terrace, infrared underfloor heating, additional bathroom, underfloor storage,
composite decking, furniture packs etc etc.
Being a ‘craft’ it is owned outright with no lease, only paying annual mooring
fees which include parking space, gated pedestrian/boat access with 24hr
security, CCTV, Wi - fi, luxury shower and laundry room, bike storage, fresh
water, waste disposal.

Officially opened by hm The Queen in 1978, Brighton Marina features a working
harbour, residential housing and wide selection of restaurants, boutiques and
amenities including a supermarket, bowling alley and multiplex cinema.
Providing over 1500 berths, the marina also provides a boatyard and fuel berth
along with other ancillary services. A short journey along the seafront road
takes you into the heart of Brighton and Hove where the wealth of beautiful
