A word from the owner. . .
"Having moved into Beck Square two years ago as our first flat, we have had
such a wonderful time living in the area and will be very sad to leave but
have chosen to move further out of London, closure to friends and family. What
you will find as the new owner of this bright and spacious flat with panoramic
city views of London is easy access to a multitude of areas within walking
distance. A short walk up to Walthamstow will take you through St James and up
to Blackhorse Road with the famous Blackhorse Beer Mile available every
weekend or the Walthamstow village for a great selection of restaurants, cafes
and shops. In the other direction is Leyton with amazing restaurants including
arguably the best Thai restaurant in London Singburi! Personally, we have
spent a lot of time in Clapton and Hackney Wick both easily accessible through
lovely walks. If you enjoy the outdoors then this flat is perfect for you
being so close to both Hackney and Walthamstow marshes where you can enjoy
many a lovely weekend walk up and down the canal as we have. Alternatively,
there is the newly developed Leyton Jubilee Park which has a great playground
and sports facilities. We have been spoilt with an Aldi a mere 5 - minute walk
away and a large Tesco at the top of the road (both of which have been great
when we are not enjoying the local restaurants!). We can also get to the Lea
bridge station in 4 minutes from our flat (which we have timed it!) providing
easy access to all that London has to offer. We hope you will love it as much
as we have!"
