‘We have happily lived in this flat for 12 years. We love having direct access
to the garden and have our patio doors open all the time in summer. The garden
is shared with our neighbours, however no one tends to use it so it’s very
quiet and we mostly have it to ourselves.
It is a massive bonus having both the en suite bathroom and family bathroom,
we haven’t found that in many other properties.
We are in a block of 4 flats and our neighbours are lovely, both our block and
the road itself are quiet and family friendly.
The flat is in a brilliant location with both bus stops and train stations
nearby which we use to easily get to Reading or Wokingham. We are only a few
minutes walk away from the George pub, Showcase Cinema and a Costa Coffee
which we pop down to regularly. There is also a corner shop that is only 5
minutes walk away which is very handy.
We have access to some beautiful walks, with South Lake being about 15 minutes
walk away and Dinton Pastures is also in walking distance along the river
which is lovely.
We have loved our time living in this flat and being here for 12 years has
shown how adaptable it is from being the perfect starter home for us as first
time buyers, to then working just as well as a family home once we had our two
children. We will be sad to leave but we are moving area to be closer to
family. ’
