I fell in love with the property due to its modern and homely style look. And
being surrounded by a lot of nature, making it peaceful. It’s in a fantastic
location where you have Ascot/Windsor/Virginia water/ Lexicon and the Lookout
on your doorstep plus a bonus 5min walk to the station that takes you straight
into London Waterloo in under an hour. But my favourite feature is the view
overlooking the garden which makes it extra cosy and peaceful too. Everyone
here is very kind and respectful too.

Aston Grange is perfectly located a gentle 10 - minute walk from Martins Heron
mainline station and Tesco Superstore, with Bracknell Town Centre just over a
mile away as well. There's plenty of green space to explore and enjoy as well
from Lily Hill Park, Savernake Park and balancing Pond and not forgetting
Swinley Forest.

We love the location of Aston Grange, so convenient for a multitude of reasons
and where this apartment is situated is quiet and you've got a gorgeous tree -
lined view all year round. The building itself feels very "grown - up" and it's
evident that the residents all take a lot of pride in keeping the communal
areas looking nice and inviting as well. It feels like a really safe and
inviting place to live!
