electric heated towel rails and mirrored storage cupboards. Our two bedroom
apartments feature a main bathroom, with overhead shower, and also benefit
from an en suite to the principal bedroom with large shower.

* Is your credit score over 175? (If you're not sure then use one of the online free credit check websites)
* Do you earn 2. 5 x the annual rent value? For example if your monthly rent is £700 you'll need to earn at least £21, 000 per year before tax. If you don't earn enough then you may be able to rent using a Guarantor.
Your Guarantor must -
o be a UK homeowner
o have a UK bank account
o earn a minimum of 3 x the annual cost of the property you want to rent
o agree to be your Guarantor and have reference checks carried out on them
