Barrow in Furness
Barrow is a thriving town with a population of around 67, 500, situated on the
tip of the Furness Peninsular, with a coastline onto the Irish Sea and
Morecambe Bay.
The principal local employer is BAE Systems Marine, who have a worldwide
reputation for the design and build of Nuclear Submarines for the Royal Navy
